I became a certified Microsoft Office Specialist which I earned through Blue Ridge Community College. I earned my Commonwealth of Virginia Career Readiness Certificate in recognition of demonstrated skills in Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, & Location Information. In recognition of successful completion of all six modules of the "Through the Customer's Eyes" Customer Service Certification Program and for passing all six Certification Exams I became Customer Service certified through Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center.
