It shows you how to apply the concepts of The 5 Love Languages and helps you create goals that are in alignment with your partner’s love language. You can then send your partner a nudge with a list of activities they might love. The app also lets you check the level of your significant other’s Love Tank. Budgeting is super important – that’s why we wrote a whole article on budgeting. That said, there are some great money management apps out there for keeping couples on track and transparent with your spending and saving. We like to use a monthly expanse tracker that we created ourselves online but there are apps to help you with the numbers, too! You Need a Budget (YNAB) One of the most popular budgeting apps out there is You Need a Budget. YNAB, as it’s called, is a good tool for allocating where you money is going – and being accountable for each cent of it. Their software is good for different platforms and devices – but the app is useful for on-the-go people and couples looking to get a handle on their finances! Download YNAB in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Goodbudget Another good for budgeting and managing money is Goodbudget. Don’t let the cute little icon fool you – this app means business when it comes to tracking your finances. As you input your data, you can share it across different phones or devices to that your partner is updated in real-time, too. Spending and saving can be tracked in different views which are handy for understanding your money! Download Goodbudget in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Relationship/Long Distance AppsAs for apps that help you stay in touch when you aren’t around or dating long distances, there are loads of them! Couple used to be one of the best (years ago) but unfortunately, the app hasn’t been updated in years and the tech support has gone dead. So, it’s best not to download it and provide information to an unstable/not up-to-date app! Here are a few updated ones that you can check out. Between Between is likely one of the most popular apps out there for couples, period. It’s also one that they kept on updating so that helped a bit! Between is made for couples who want to have a private means of communication, share schedules, send GIFS, remember dates, share photos, and more! Download Between in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Kindu Kindu is more of a communicator app that allows you to create dialogue and share ideas between you both. It’s done in a fun way through “matching” date ideas and other topics – and you only see the ones that you both agree on. Download Kindu in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Line This is more of a long distance communicator app with a timeline you can curate yourself privately. With lots of stickers, photos, and other shareable, it’s a messaging app that you can basically make your own and personalize so that it’s “your space” when you are apart. Download Line in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Game Apps For CouplesWhile there are plenty of game apps for multiple people to play together, we wanted to focus on games that are specifically good for couples to play. One below is a more serious game for couples, while the other is just pure nonsense! Happy Couple Happy Couple is all about getting to know your partner. The app has been around for some time now and remained as one of the most popular. Once you download, there are quizzes and challenges you get to complete with the intention of strengthening your relationship through communication and fun sharing. Download Happy Couple in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Spaceteam Having played Spaceteam before, we can vouch for how ridiculous this game is. As a couple – and up to 8 people, actually – you get to play together on your devices as you “fly” a spaceship. There are tasks to be completed and it’s full of silly stress, shouting, and nonsense – so check it out and let us know what you think! Download Spaceteam in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. List Apps For CouplesAlways writing down the grocery list? Always forgetting that list at home? You will have this experience no-more with a great list app on your phone! We actually have a whole article on great list apps if you want to stay organized. However, not all of them are great for collaborating with another person so here are two that are specifically good for couples! Any.do Any.do is a very clean list app that actually does a whole lot more. You can sync across devices and it comes with a calendar function, reminder tool, and more. Look into Any.do if you want a list app with a bit more function to it (mainly the calendar and the fact that it works on MANY devices). Download Any.do in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Wunderlist Wunderlist is a simplified and clean app for creating tasks, lists, and checking them off as you go. The best part about it (for couples) is that you can share tasks with one another. It’s also free but there is a paid version to unlock more tools so check it out and see what you think! Download Wunderlist in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. In order to help you find what you really need, we have separated the apps into 6 categories. Love Nudge This app starts with you taking a test to determine which of the Five Love Languages is yours. It takes the concept of Dr. Gary Chapmans’s “The Five Love Languages” to the next level. After taking the quiz, you send a link to your spouse and have them take the quiz as well. This app helps you form the habit of intentionally expressing love to your spouse in his language. THE BEST INTIMACY APPS FOR COUPLES You never really think that you’d need an app for intimacy, but the time may well come. Via reader survey, we have the best apps for couples about intimacy! These love apps for couples will help bring play back into the bedroom and keep you both looking forward to your time alone.

•••———💰💵HUS•🤑•TLE💵💰——--••• The True Meaning of Hustle: Beyond the GrindWhat Does It Mean to Hustle? When you hear the word "hustle," what comes to mind? For many, it conjures images of late nights, early mornings, and an unwavering drive to get things done. But the true essence of hustle goes far beyond just hard work. It’s about passion, perseverance, and the relentless pursuit of your goals, no matter the obstacles in your way. Hustle is a Mindset Hustling isn’t just about the hours you put in; it’s about the attitude you bring to every task. It’s a mindset that says, "I will find a way, no matter what." It’s about being resourceful, creative, and determined. When others see roadblocks, a hustler sees opportunities. Hustlers don’t wait for the perfect moment—they create it. The Power of Consistency True hustle is rooted in consistency. It’s easy to be motivated for a day or two, but hustlers show up day in and day out. They understand that progress is often slow and steady, and they’re willing to put in the work even when results aren’t immediate. It’s about doing the small, sometimes mundane tasks with the same enthusiasm as the big, exciting ones. Resilience in the Face of Adversity Hustling means bouncing back from failures and setbacks with even more determination. It’s about understanding that failure is not the end, but a stepping stone to success. Every challenge is a lesson, every obstacle an opportunity to grow. Hustlers embrace the grind because they know that the journey, with all its ups and downs, is what builds character and strength. Passion-Driven Purpose At its core, hustle is fueled by passion. It’s not just about working hard for the sake of it; it’s about working hard for something you believe in. Whether it’s building a business, advancing in your career, or pursuing a creative passion, hustlers are driven by a deep-seated desire to achieve something meaningful. Their work is aligned with their purpose, making the hustle not just bearable but exhilarating. The Balance of Patience and Urgency Hustlers have a unique ability to balance patience with urgency. They’re eager to make things happen, but they also understand that some things take time. They push forward with intensity but know when to let things unfold naturally. This balance is what allows them to sustain their hustle without burning out. The Impact of Hustle When you hustle, you inspire those around you. Your energy, determination, and drive can be contagious, motivating others to push themselves harder. Hustlers often become leaders, not just because they achieve success, but because they show others what’s possible when you put your heart and soul into something. Conclusion Hustling isn’t just about working harder; it’s about working smarter, with passion, purpose, and persistence. It’s about showing up, even when it’s tough, and pushing through challenges with resilience. True hustle is a lifestyle, a mindset, and a commitment to never giving up on your dreams. So, keep grinding, stay focused, and remember that the hustle is what sets you apart. #HustleHard #GrindAndShine #MindsetMatters #KeepPushing #PassionAndPurpose #StayHungry #NeverGiveUp #SuccessMindset #Resilience #EntrepreneurLife
I'M LEARNING SPELL CASTINGSpell Casting can be done in various ways, such as:
How To Create Amulets & Talismans || Charms vs. Amulets vs. Talismans
Most contemporary sigil crafting is a bit different so today I'll be showing you how to make a chaos magic sigil. A chaos magic sigil is different from these historic sigils because we’re not calling upon any particular spirit. Instead we are using a personal intention or goal to formulate and charge a custom symbol. Like many varieties of spellwork the intention setting is crucial and crafting a sigil begins by coming up with a sentence or phrase which best encapsulates what we’d like to achieve. So why do we go through the trouble of creating a sigil and not just write your intention as a sentence on a piece of paper? Well we can get some guidance from Ray Sherwin, one of the founders of Chaos magic. He stated “The magician acknowledges a desire, he lists the appropriate symbols and arranges them into an easily visualized glyph. Using any of the gnostic techniques he reifies the sigil and then, by force of will, hurls it into his subconscious from where the sigil can begin to work unencumbered by desire.” So the reason we transform the intention statement into a symbol is so our subconscious reads it as opposed to our conscious mind. Something similar occurs with tarot. You could just have a simple note card that lists the meanings of each card. But then we are using our conscious mind to read the words and not really tapping into our subconscious. By using images and symbolism, it’s easier to move beyond our conscious mind and tap into something deeper and intuitive. How to Make a Sigil? The sigil making process is composed of two phases: construction and charging. In the first part, the sigil is drawn and created as a physical object. In the second part, the sigil is given energy or “charged” and it becomes more than a simple drawing. Step 1: Choose your sigil typeSigils can be destructible, temporary, or permanent. How you create and charge the sigil may change based on which type you'd like to create. Destructible sigils are activated by being destroyed. The act of destroying is what creates the burst of energy giving the sigil its power. This is usually done by writing your sigil on a piece of paper and then setting it on fire though you could also carve the sigil onto food and then consume it. Temporary sigils are sigils that will eventually disappear with time. These types of sigils could be drawn on your skin with a marker or carved into a candle which will eventually be melted. Permanent sigils are made to last and are meant to be active for a long period of time. Occasionally permanent sigils are recharged to keep the energy active. Sigils like these could be made into pottery as an art piece or you could write a sigil on a piece of paper to be placed behind a painting or under a piece of furniture. In the video below I show you how to make a really simple destructible sigil. To make the sigil you'll need paper, something to write with, a matchbook, and a fire safe container. Step 2: Draw the SigilBegin by defining your desire in one sentence. It helps to use the present tense “I am” vs “I will be.” Also, If your sigil focuses on one thing, it will have a better chance of succeeding so try not to be too broad in your intention setting. Next, write your intention down on a piece of paper. For my example I’m going to use the intention “I am relaxed.” With the whole quarantine thing right now, I’ve definitely been experiencing more anxiety than usual so hopefully this sigil will help to bring in a calming energy. Next delete all the vowels and repeated letters in you intention and start composing the pieces of your remaining letters one at a time creating an abstract symbol. Try not to focus too much on what the drawing looks like, let your subconscious guide you in this part. We’ll be burning this sigil anyway so there's no need to worry about the attractiveness of the sigil. Step 3: Charge the SigilThere are many different ways to charge a sigil. Since I’m making a destructible sigil the act of burning will be what charges it. Though before I burn it I like to spend a few moments placing my hands on the sigil and visualizing a warm light flowing through my hands and onto the paper. You can also charge a sigil by dancing, chanting, or clapping so choose the method you feel fits best with the type of sigil you are creating. When you burn the sigil, make sure you're in a safe and quiet space without distractions. After the sigil is completely burned it is now charged and you can dispose of the ashes. At this point the work is done you can record the ritual in your grimoire and then just let the magic do it’s work. Create Your Own Sigil In 3 Simple Steps : The Wheel MethodA sigil is a magickal sign or symbol that has been created to represent a particular intention or goal and have been used by Witches and occultists for centuries. Even in a religious context, sigils have been used by many ancient civilisations stretching back millennia – good examples of this are the Christian cross and the Jewish Star of David. The word ‘sigil’ comes from the Latin word ‘sigillum’ which means ‘seal’ and they played an important role in Medieval ceremonial magick, where symbols were used to raise and control a specific entity, like an angel or a demon. A good example is The Lesser Key of Solomon, an anonymous grimoire of 72 sigils used to control 72 demons compiled in the late 1600s. But please don’t let this alarm you! In modern day magick, like the kind this post is concerned with, sigils are used for personal matters such as attracting wealth, protection, healing, setting stronger boundaries and used to represent an intention or thought and have no connection to demonology or dark magick. It’s a good example of Chaos Magick, where an affirmation, statement, word or name is converted to symbolic form which is charged with very specific intention and is an incredibly powerful form of magick. It’s one of my favourite kinds of magick and I'm fascinated by their power and simplicity. They can be drawn, carved or burned into any kind of material, but usually they are simply drawn with a pen or pencil on a piece of paper. This makes them easier to destroy usually by burning either when activating them (more about this later) or when the magick is complete. Drawing it on paper also makes it easier to carry and conceal, particularly if you're in the broom closet. Making a sigil is a great way to give a physical form to your intentions and goals and is an incredibly powerful form of magick. The great thing is there are many ways to make a sigil that is packed with the power of your intention making it a great form of magick for those Witches on a budget (like me!). It can also be a discreet form of magick for those practicing in the broom closet. Here’s a step-by-step guide to making your Step One - IntentionsWhen creating your sigil, it’s important to take your time to formulate your intentions before you begin. Your intentions are the very heart of your sigil and they are what gives this kind of magick power and energy. Sit somewhere quiet to think exactly what your intentions are. Be as specific as you can. Using this method, I have found that it works better to either chose one word to represent your intentions or a short and concise phrase only a few words long. This helps to keep the energy of your sigil focused and prevents more than one goal from being attached it. As with all spell-work, keep your intentions realistic and phrase them as positively as you can. Step two - Simplify Your IntentionsOnce you have your chosen word or phrase, you can simplify your intentions by removing any vowels and repeated letters, but this is an optional step so do what you feel is right. The more letters you remove, the simpler the final sigil will be. Step three - Creating Your SigilThe next step is to draw or print out a sigil wheel of your choice. This is illustration included is an example of a sigil wheel. The idea is that you use the letters on the wheel drawing a line from one letter to the next until you’ve spelled out your chosen words, and the shape that is created by the end is your sigil. For the first letter of the intention, I usually draw a dot on the first letter before I move on to the next, drawing a line from one letter to the next. I usually end the sigil with a dot. This is just my personal practice, but you don’t have to do this if it doesn’t feel right, go with your intuition! Sigil Tips:
