Feeling grateful 😍Sitting next to the window at my desk where I like to Rise and Grind. I wake up, stretch, make my bed, put my phone in my pocket but don't check it at all, go eat breakfast than exercise, and shower. Than I go sit at my desk and write in my Morning 5 Planner (previously the #RiseAndGrind Planner). In my Morning Five Planner I write out my: * Gratitude List * My To-Do List for the Day * My Goals List for the Day * My Goals for Today, the Month, and 2024 Next I will write my schedule for the day and than do the Morning Five. The Morning Five is: 1. No Snooze Button 2. No Phone First Thing After Waking 3. Gratitude & Goals 4. Physical Activity 5. Send an Encouraging Message And there's always a quote on each page of everyday's planner from a different #RiseAndGrind / Breakfast With Champions Member. Today's quote comes from Denise Wilkins It says, "Phillippians 1:21 "For to me, to live is Crhist {He is my source of joy, my reason to live} and to die is gain {for I will be Him in eternity}" And than at the bottom there is a section for notes that I use when I am listening to the Breakfast With Champions Podcast, which speaking of, I believe that is about to come on so I better go turn it on. And at the very bottom is my Mentor and the found of the #RiseAndGrind movement and the Breakfast With Champions Podcast founder, Glenn Lundy, his website which is https://www.glennlundy.com So after writing in my Morning Five Planner I would continue to listen to the Breakfast With Champions Podcast while I am working on my Avon Business and m Kirchner Admin Service Business. The sun literally gives me energy. That's why it sucks being in the room I am in at mom's house because there is no sunlight at all ugh! It kind of sucks actually. Oh well, it is what it is and I must make due with what I have and be grateful that I at least have a roof over my head because some people don't even have that and this I know. So I am grateful for that, do believe me when I say that.
