I don't care how long it takes me, but I am on my way to somewhere beautiful and there is no stopping me. No one will get in my way of me bettering myself; or me working on my goals, or making my dreams come true

Confidence is not "They will like me." Confidence is "I'll be fine if they don't."

The only people who get upset when you set boundaries are those who benefited from you having none.

I saw a quote that said:
"Speak to people in a way that if they died the next day, you'd be satisfied with the last thing you said to them." And I can't emphasize this enough.

Souls recognize each other by vibes, not appearances

Remove negative people from your life. The people you spend time with influence your attitude, thoughts and success more than you think

Just for the record darling, not all positive change feels positive in the beginning.

One day I will tell my story of how I overcame what I went through and it will be someone else's survival guide.

​Eventually I'll end up where I need to be, with who I'm meant to be with, and doing what I should be doing.

I want to say THANK YOU to the rare few individuals in my life who have listened without judgement, spoken without prejudice, helped me without entitlement, understood without pretension and loved me without conditions.

Today I want you to think about all you are, instead of all you are not. ​

When thinking about life remember this; no amount of guilt can solve the past and no amount of anxiety can change the future.

There is only one person you spend your whole life with, and that is yourself. If you aren't okay with you, there is an issue.

When you delete the unnecessary people from your life, good things will start happening for you and it won't be a coincidence. 

If you address every challenge in life under the assumption that everything always works out in the end, it usually does.

​Inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow anything outside of you to control your emotions.

If you want to know where you'll be five years from now, look at who you're hanging out with today.

I'm about to overcome something I've been dealing with. My mind and heart will soon be at peace again. I realize I must be patient. Because everything will be okay.

Here is how I spend my days now. I live in a beautiful place. I sleep in a beautiful bed. I eat beautiful food. I go for walks through beautiful places. I care for people deeply. At night my bed is full of love, because I am alone in it. I cry easily, from pain and pleasure, and I don't apologize for that. In the mornings I step outside and I'm thankful for another day. It took me many years to arrive at such a life.
