🌻 My Wounded Warrior Health Journey Begins 🌻I’m proud to say that I’m a member of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) and a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran with a 100% VA Disability Rating. Recently, I made a life-changing decision to sign up for the WWP Physical Health & Wellness Coaching Program—a choice that marks the beginning of a new chapter in my health journey. This program is designed to help wounded warriors like myself work alongside licensed Dietitians, Nutritionists, Certified Coaches, and other professionals to develop personalized health goals, nutrition plans, and fitness routines. Every warrior has their own path, and I’m ready to walk mine. While the program has already begun, the real milestone for me is coming soon: July 10–12, 2025, in Raleigh, North Carolina, I will get to meet my coach, Dana Radford, in person for the first time. I'm beyond excited for this face-to-face experience and grateful to be a part of something so empowering. 🧠 Learning & Growth Through the WWP Outpost WWP also offers an amazing online learning platform called the Wounded Warrior Project Outpost. It's packed with educational resources and wellness courses on topics like healthy eating, PTSD, daily habits, and so much more. I’m just getting started, but I’m motivated, focused, and ready to put in the work.
