 
 TALK ABOUT IT TUESDAY I was listening to the Breakfast With Champions Podcast this morning and she was talking about Lighthouses, which made me think about my old District Manager from Avon who had given me a Lighthouse pendant when I made Unit Leader. She told me the meaning behind it and I immediately loved it. I can't remember exactly what the meaning of it said. But I did some research on Lighthouses this morning and this is what I have for you all.
