I jumped out of bed & didn't snooze my alarm, and than I made my bed. NO PHONE FIRST THING AFTER WAKING UP#TheMorning5 - Day 1 - Usually I would wake up & pick up my cell phone & play on it while I smoke. This morning I didn't do that. I didn't want to put myself in a bad mood so I left my cell phone alone for awhile instead of that being the first thing I did this morning. I definitely felt much better & had a better start to my this morning because I didn't use my phone first thing.
