Last night my legs were swollen & hurt really bad so I decided I was going to wait until the Morning and go back for a 3rd time to the Emergency Room. So I went this Morning to ER & they said I have a Blood Clot in my leg that has traveled up to my Lung. I guess now would be a great time to quit smoking & just put on the Nicotine Patches & just be done with smoking. Truth be told, I haven't been taking care of myself like I should be. I don't know, I guess I fell in kind of a Depression so to speak & I have been because of the Depression, a little bit lazy in doing things or should I say in not doing things. Like keeping up with taking my meds, cleaning the house, etc. When I went to the Emergency Room they also said I was dehydrated so they gave me 2 bags of fluid to rehydrate me. I think that is because of all the Energy Drinks I was drinking. They dehydrated me real quick & than sitting at my desk on my laptop not moving around is probably what gave me the Blood Clot and than chain smoking didn't help. It's time I start taking care of myself. I need to get over this damn Covid & having a Blood Clot & get back to being in good health. I need to start exercising regularly. Man if you knew than what I know now. Damn it. Top causes of blood clots in the legsCommon blood clot triggers include:
