I'm, Aiden Kirchner. I am the owner of Kirchner Admin Services. & also an Avon Representative & Recruiter. I am a prosperous, dedicated, disciplined and motivated champion of my craft. I am a life changer that shows up every day even on days when I don't feel like it. I'm dedicated to motivating & inspiring others and I am a natural born leader with the skills & mindset to succeed in everything that I do. My aim & goal is to help others grow their businesses & build their own teams so they can become successful in whatever it is that they're doing.

I'm a Creator (Lifestyle Entrepreneur).

I've not only built a Business around what I love to do, but built a Business that sustains my Life Goals & my passion so I can live life by design. I'm an intense, independent thinker. I have a natural tendency to question the status quo. One of my Pet Peeves is when someone tells me the reason things are done a certain way is because that's the way it's always been done. That always sends me right into orbit & causes the shit to hit the fan.

I am motivated, innovative, creative and resourceful in pursuing and achieving my goals. Where others see challenges, I see opportunity and excitement. I understand the importance of setting goals, taking action and constantly evaluating my progress. When it's time, I'm ready to Rise & Grind and Hustle Hard.

As a Creator, I turn my passion into a Career and a Business Opportunity - built on my own terms and in perfect alignment with my Vision and Values. I do this because I understand and come from a place of "WHY" instead of getting bogged down in how it will get done and what will get done. I am confident and decisive. I graduated from Stuarts Draft High School and went on to join the United States Army.

I was the creator and editor of the WWRC Student Newsletter, "The Old Ragtime News."

I attended Technical School at Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center where I earned my Diploma in Web Design.

I was the Student Government Association President, New Student Tour Guide, and Peer Mediation Counselor.

CERTIFICATES I EARNED AT WWRC

I became a certified Microsoft Office Specialist which I earned through Blue Ridge Community College.

I earned my Commonwealth of Virginia Career Readiness Certificate in recognition of demonstrated skills in Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, & Location Information.

In recognition of successful completion of all six modules of the "Through the Customer's Eyes" Customer Service Certification Program and for passing all six Certification Exams I became Customer Service certified through Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center.

I'm a Poet and I've been writing Poetry since Elementary school, where I won my very first Poetry Award. I would go on to win more Poetry Awards over the years.

I never had a chance to be soft.
I was always bloody knuckles and shards of glass.
