Motivation Monday

No one is going to push you but yourself. You have to have discipline. You have to get up every morning and tell yourself, "I can do this". Always believe something wonderful is about to happen to you. Manifest your dreams into reality. Nothing is permanent in the world, not even our troubles.

Remember, letting go isn't easy but sometimes in life it is necessary. Don't lose hope, you never know tomorrow will bring. Life is tough but so are you. Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and think of what could go right. Work hard in silence. Let your success make the noise.

Create a day worth living

Get up early, #RISEANDGRIND -- Express gratitude for what you have, write a list of what your thankful for.  Do something productive during the day and do something fun. Do something for someone else, such as buying a Coffee for the person behind you in the Starbucks line.

Get out and get some sunlight, trust me you'll feel better. Exercise -- it doesn't matter what kind of exercise you do, just get your body moving. 

Put a smile on someone's face, kindness is the key to being a compassionate and loving human being.  Give someone a compliment, it will make their day a whole lot better. Learn something new, (see my image above), it will keep your brain going.
