Listening to Breakfast with Champions Podcast on Clubhouse. Topic currently, "Sea Moss health benefits".

So, I'm listening to Breakfast with Champions Podcast on the Clubhouse app and TM was talking about taking Sea Moss. He uses Sea Moss. I think he said it was in a pill form, I can't remember exactly because there are various forms. I know when I Googled it there is a pill form and I think a Gel Form of it also. Sea Moss is supposed to be healthy for you. As Tm was talking about it I became kind of interested in looking into it now. I am trying to be healthier and going to start trying to lose weight. I want to lose weight and get back down to what I used to be or at least get down to like 155. So Sea Moss sounds like something that I might try. So I thought I would share some of the research I've done on Sea Moss that I've found.

First of all, my first question was is Sea Moss really healthy for you. And this is what I found. ​

Sea moss is a heart healthy food.

This is primarily due to its omega-3 content. Research shows that intake of omega-3 fatty acids is correlated with lower risk of cardiovascular disease. It also packs a significant amount of fiber per serving. As we know, fiber draws LDL cholesterol (“bad” cholesterol) out of the body.

Ohhhh, it says it boosts Testosterone, awesome, well, that interests me even more now. I am definitely going to have to look into Sea Moss now. I'm going to go check out the GNC website now and see if they have Sea Moss.

So, I just went onto the GNC website and ohhhhhhh they have it. So earlier this morning on the Breakfast with Champions Podcast when TM was talking about Sea Moss and what type of Sea Moss he took, he said he took the Irish Sea Moss. He said he got the Irish Sea Moss at a Farmer's Market in Norfolk, Virginia. However, I doubt around here in my area I would be able to find it at a Farmer's Market. BUT, I did however find it at the GNC. They had several different kinds of Sea Moss. Annnnnd, the kind of Sea Moss that TM takes, the Irish Sea Moss, the GNC Store has that kind too. Soooo, with that said, I am going to order it when I get some money. And I am going to set it to auto ship and start taking it and see if it helps and see if I notice a difference. TM talked about how it helps with weight loss and how it is healthy for you. And that is everything that I want.
