Having an exercise routine is important not only for your physical wellbeing but also your mental and emotional wellbeing. Always write a To-Do List for the day, it will help you accomplish more that day. As you do each thing on your To-Do List make sure to check it off. First thing you should do every morning is make your bed as soon as you get out of bed.

Reading is vital to your wellbeing & keeps your mind sharp. I like to read a lot of Self-Development books & books written by Entrepreneurs. 

I get up every morning at 5:00am. The morning show on Facebook that I watch comes on at 5:30am. So, I like to wake up 5:00am to get myself prepared for the day and give myself time to make my coffee and to wake up. Repeat some Mantras or write down some Morning Affirmations. ​Meditate for 5 or 10 minutes. Breathe in & out, take deep breaths.

Drink hot water with Lemon. Listen to a Podcast. Every morning at 5:00am I turn on the Breakfast with Champions Podcast, which is on the Clubhouse App for iPhone & Android which was created by Glenn Lundy. Then at 5:30am I switch to Facebook to watch Glenn Lundy's morning show GM3X. And then at 6:00am I switch back to the Breakfast with Champions podcast & listen to Glenn talk about his show & what we reflected upon & than more speakers come on Breakfast with Champions after Glenn. The show lasts until 1:00pm EST.

Journal, every day write in your journal. I do this every day. I write in my journal, and I make a blog post every day. I also take a selfie each day & do a Good Morning video every day. It's interesting to look back on my selfies at the end of the year & see how much I've changed.

I don't know how many times I have written down New Year's Resolutions and never followed through with them. So here is a list of alternatives for you.

2022 is almost over & 2023 will be here before we know it. It is 7 December already and Christmas will soon be here and after that it will be the New Year. 

It is always good to do a "Year End Review" of your life. I will be doing a "Year End Review" of my life and post it as a blog post in my blog later on, but of course before the New Year.

This says Post-Wedding Name Change Checklist but I share this also for those individuals who are Transgender and want to change their name.

I came out as a Lesbian at 13, so in 2015 I came out as Transgender. And with that, I wanted to change my name to more of a male name. I changed my first, middle and last name. I could have kept my last name, but I changed it to my dad's birth last name which was Kirchner. I used to be a Bean. I am now Aiden Dylan Kirchner. I won't say what my name used to be. Lol. 

My point is in 2015 I changed my first, middle & last name. So here is a list of every place to change your name & with who. I am legally Aiden Dylan Kirchner. You must first register your name through the courts, then it becomes legit.
