Be bold. Take risks. Live life freely. Lead by example. Trust your gut. Say what you feel. Mean what you say. Express gratitude. Believe in your power. Exceed your expectations. Dance the night away. Skip down the street. Don't take no for an answer. Be your best self. Don't look back. It doesn't matter what's been written in your story so far, it's how you fill up the rest of the pages that counts.

Let them judge you. Let me misunderstand you. Let them gossip about you. Their opinions aren't your problems. You stay kind, committed to love and free in your authenticity. No matter what they do or say, don't you doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth. Just keep shining like you always do.

Always practice self-care; drink more water, cook a healthy meal foe yourself, watch an old movie, read a book. Head to bed early for plenty of sleep and get up early. Make a hot cup of tea with some honey in it. Light some candles and take a hot, relaxing bath. Go for a walk, clear your head and listen to some tunes while you walk. Do a face mask. Set goals you want to accomplish for the next month. Learn a new hobby; or two, or three. Declutter your closet and donate any clothes that don't wear. Find a Podcast to listen to. Practice self-care also by baking cookies for a neighbor. Have a Facetime date with an old friend, or a new friend. Start your day with hot lemon water. Spend an afternoon outdoors for some warm sunlight and fresh air. Buy yourself some flowers. Disconnect from Social Media for 24 hours. Celebrate a small win from the day. Catch the Sunrise and Sunset. Share something you're proud of. Do 30 minutes of Yoga. Start a journal or a blog. Wear your favorite comfy outfit all day. Put some fresh sheets on your bed. Declutter your inbox. Write out a bucket list.

I read something that said, "You're about to overcome something you've been dealing with. Your mind and heart will soon be at peace again. Be patient. Everything will be okay." That spoke to me. I take it as a sign, and there has been many signs lately speaking to me. When you can't control what's happening, challenge yourself to control the way you respond to what's happening. That's where your power is!
