My Poem DREAMS

“DREAMS”
The shadows dance on the wall
as the memories come flooding back
I can feel the anxiety overtaking me
I have to stay focused on my goals
All my hopes and dreams
But night falls
And the nightmares start
They swallow me up
in the darkness
All my fears flash before my eyes
Like a terror in the night
But I must reclaim my dreams
And have victory over my thoughts
