WHO AM I? LEARN BELOW, MORE ABOUT ME. I am currently an Avon Representative & Team Leader (since 2014). Owner of Kirchner Admin Services Home (weebly.com) a Blogger and Vlogger. I am a Poet Poetry - AIDEN D KIRCHNER (weebly.com) and Writer. I have won several Poetry awards for Poet of The Month. I graduated from Stuarts Draft High School earning my Diploma and went on to join the United States Army as a Food Services Specialist (92G Cook) and I am now an Army Veteran. I attended Technical School at Woodrow Wilson Center for Employment earning a Diploma in Web Design and also studied Business Administration. While attending Woodrow Wilson Center for Employment, I became a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist, certified through Blue Ridge Community College and also became Customer Service Certified through Rockhurst University. While at Woodrow Wilson Center for Employment, I was the Student Government Association President, New Student Tour Guide & a Peer Mediation Counselor. I am a Small Business Owner (Owner of Kirchner Admin Services & Hustle Wear T-shirt Company) and a Motivational Life Coach. I am a Motivator & Inspiration to others. I am a prosperous, dedicated, motivated champion. I am a life changer that shows up every day. I am a kind-hearted person who gives to others. I am an amazing, kick ass, spiritual being who studies Buddhism. I am dedicated to helping motivate & inspire others. I am a natural born leader with the skills & mindset to succeed in everything that I do. BECAUSE THIS NEEDS TO BE SAID‼️1. Co-Signing is NOT a small favor. Quit asking people to do that. 2. Those extra rooms you see in people’s houses are for visiting; not for you to live in for free/long term. 3. Somebody’s good job is not your meal ticket. Stop getting mad when they don’t live up to the expectations of them taking care of you. 4. How someone spends the money they earned is not any of your concern nor is it ANY of your business. 5. When your age reaches over 18 years old, your parents are not your financial supporters anymore. 6. It is not okay to spend all your money having fun and expect the one who sacrificed and saved to make sure you’re not hungry. 7. If you don’t have a car and ask for a ride, gas isn’t free. 8. If a person seems to have more than they need, work as hard as they have if you wanna be like them. 9. If you borrow money from someone, make sure you pay it back!! 10. Don’t take the ones who love you for granted 💯🎯 You can't have a positive life, with a negative mindset!
 It's not the quantity of friends,
The people you surround yourself with are extremely important. Don’t hang around people that tell you that you can’t do it, it’s not going to happen, that dream is too big for you. Do yourself a favor; find some different people, not people that will throw water on your flame, but people who will fan your flame. People that will put their faith with yours and say, “If you believe, count me in. I’m believing with you.”

Beware the cruelty of the one who had everything taken from them and has nothing to lose. Fear the unrelenting determination of the one who refuses to lose everything they love. But above all, pray you do not cross the one who lost everything they loved but rebuilt themselves. and found new things to protect. They've made that mistake once, never again.
