This one is mostly for my friend Heather who was just asking me the other day the difference between these. So here it is Heather if you're reading this. 

From now on, try to schedule your month like this! It's August almost September so I will have a lunch date with a friend (as soon as I start working again & can pay to take that friend out). 24 hour without no social media, hum that one might be hard for me, but I guess I could get some Journaling/Scrapbooking in.
