I'm not saying you will not have negative thoughts but you have to pause for a moment, and change your negative thoughts into a positive one. Ask yourself why you're having that negative thought, but don't overthink it. Think about it, move on and than turn that negative thought around. Changing your thoughts will give you a much more positive outlook on life and help you live a happier life. Which leads me to my next thoughts, why changing your mindset will change your life. Mindsets are shaped by experiences, and can impact how you view the world and engage with life. Research shows that mindsets play a role in determining life's outcomes. A positive mindset has the power to change our lives completely. It can help us achieve our goals, find success and happiness, and create the life we want, on the other hand, a negative mindset can hold us back, keep us stuck in counterproductive patterns and make us unhappy. There are two types of mindsets; a GROWTH MINDSET and a FIXED MINDSET. A Growth Mindset is when people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work-brains and talent are just the starting point. This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment. A fixed mindset describes children (and adults) who believe their intelligence, talents and personalities are fixed traits that cannot grow. They believe we are born with a certain level ability (or special skills) and we are unable to improve our level abilities over time.
