Memories are always special. Sometimes we laugh by remembering the days we cried, and we cry by remembering the days we laughed!! That's life

I always want more, not in things but in experiences. I was made to learn and grow and that is where many women miss me completely. Once I'm in their life, they want to stay the same, and for me, that just isn't possible.

My mom said something to me. "You can lie down for people to walk on you and they will still complain that you're not flat enough." LIVE YOUR LIFE!

You're going to piss off a lot of people when you start doing what's best for you.

At the end of the day, what really matters is what God thinks of me.

If you're struggling and your people are just sitting there watching you struggle...they're not your people #notyourtribe

REMINDER: You don't have to rebuild a relationship with everyone you've forgiven. Just because you are at peace, doesn't mean they're not still toxic.

We need Women who are so strong they can be gentle, so educated they can be humble, so fierce they can be compassionate, so passionate they can be rational, and so disciplined they can be free.

My advice? Grab some strong Coffee, take control of your mindset and leave your excuses at the door.

Trust your vibes, energy never lies.

Don't let someone who gave up on their dreams talk you our of yours!

I just woke up one day and decided I didn't want to feel like this anymore or ever again. SO I CHANGED. I had lots of excuses for not being able to change, but at the end of the day, they were excuses. Being able to change starts with: YOUR DECISION TO CHANGE.

If they left you. YOU DIDN'T NEED THEM. If they walked away, THEY WEREN'T PART OF YOUR DESTINY.

If you don't believe you can do it, you will never find the motivation necessary to start.
