Sometimes the enemy doesn't have to defeat us, we defeat ourselves.

Stop being so negative, stop putting yourself down, stop thinking about life so negatively, stop speaking defeat about yourself and your life. 

No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I will live out my days in good health; with a clear mind, with good memory, with clarity of thought. My mind is alert. My senses are sharp. My youth is being renewed. 

You got to prophesize health. Prophesize a long productive life. Your words will become your reality.

Proverbs 6:2 says, "You are snared with the words of your mouth". Snared means to be trapped, your words can trip you. When you speak negative thoughts out, that's when you give them life. You may been snared in your past, trapped by your words, but I believe this is a new day. I declare your coming out of that trap; every chain is being loosed, every strong hold is coming down. No weapon formed against you is going to prosper.
